While in Arizona giving a lecture to more than 250, he discussed his concern
that on his deathbed he would look back and see America drifting far from
its moorings of faith in God, personal freedom, equal justice, due process of
law, and respect for private property.
Bob Schultz said we must build a National Organization to police the courts
and government, so that they comply with their own rules and constitution.
Many give regularly to their favorite charities, cancer, opera and green
societies. Who contributes to the groups whose purpose is vigilance of the
government and it’s legal system?

Do you have any information on the shake-up in Suffolk?
Several judges have been transferred in recent weeks.
They can't be fired because all of their decisions would be
REVERSIBLE!!!

A Manhattan mother, Dyandria Murry, was jailed for nearly 3 years by Judge
Helen Sturm.
She was distributing leaflets and airing a local TV show critical of family

Children, lawyers and politicians will always try to get away with what they
can.
It’s up to you to stop them. Recently, Gov. Pataki tried to raise funds for
an
Israeli Hospital under the title of NY Dormitory bonds- in violation of the
NYS Constitution.

Is killing animals fun and fur necessary? Why does our government promote

Witnesses say Suff. Judge Gary Weber napped at sex abuse trial. A legal
attorney
George Duncan Esq., called the claims ridiculous. (Newsday 11/10/05) A
relapsed
Judge James Gilpatric of Kingston, was censured by the Commission on
Judicial Conduct.
His Buddy Judge T. Klonick did not believe he should be sanctioned for a
one-time failure.

Judge Stanley Harwood, who said in so many words “ It’s ok to steal a

lawyer� continues to receive payoffs for his corrupt incompetent favors with
appointments
by his friends at the Office of Court Administration

When you sue a lawyer, the prose litigants’ testimony is deemed not to be
true.
The court believes only lawyers are truthful.

The Suffolk Police plan to install video/audio in 55 cars($4000/car). Exec.
Steve Levy
believes it would save $ by reducing money spent on frivolous lawsuit
claims.

The powerful name in news “ The O’Reilly Factor� believes Sheldon Silver is
the most
corrupt politician/lawyer in America. Silver has not yet denied it.

A commission to look into matrimonial laws called for an overhaul of divorce
and
child custody rules, for authorization of no-fault divorce. Chief Judge
Kaye said
“divorce takes much too long and costs too much money, agony, and is too
hard on the
children. The panel called for mediation procedures and to move cases more
swiftly through
the system.(Matrimonial Commission Feb.06)

Chief Judge Judith Kay called for change in the way judges are elected,
citing undue
control by party leaders and unconstitutional elections.(Feb.6 Annual State
of the
Judiciary address).

Through the years many complaints have been made about Taylor Walkers’ Esq.
incompetence,
probably a result of his substance abuse. Most recently we have observed
his despicable
actions, suing a defenseless litigant before the incompetent Judge Martin J.
Massel,
District Ct. Hempstead, for $13000 in fees. As long as judges protect their
buddies with
unjust awards, the system will never work. Next time, Taylor should be
permanently
disbarred. Vice President Chaney did his part- he shot a lawyer.

Edward Cashmana, VT District Court Judge, sentenced a man who confessed to
raping a
10 year old child 50 times, to only 60 days.(IBD 1/13/06).

The most frivolous awards: A Texas woman was awarded $78,000 after
breaking her ankle
tripping over her own toddler in a store. A 19 year old man won $74,000 when
his neighbor
ran over his hand while he was stealing same neighbor’s hubcaps. An Oklahoma
man won
$1.7 million when he crashed his Winnebago after setting the cruise control
and going
to make himself a cup of coffee. There was no warning label.

Hershey Chocolate has been ordered to pay obese Americans $135 Billion and
place a warning
on all it’s products reading “The Surgeon General has determined that
eating chocolate may
lead to being really fat�.

If you think only state courts are crooked think again. A Federal Court
Judge on L.I.,
Judge Francis Conrad, was suddenly disrobed- possibly because he forgot to
mention to the
litigants he was friends with one of the lawyers before him, John Westerman
Esq.
He continued this relationship as an arbitrator and once again did not
disclose that he
had a relationship with Westerman et al.(US Bankruptcy Court Southern
District NY
02-14758 PCB) Had the courts disclosed to the public why he was disrobed it
would have
prevented a recurrance of the events. Instead, the courts chose to conceal
their findings
leading up to Conrad’s dismissal. Who is responsible for this?

“Reform should take review of judges away from the state Commission on
Judicial Conduct,
as currently constituted. In CA., complaints against judges and lawyers are
reviewed by
citizens, the majority of whom are not in the legal profession. Hearings are
open to the
public, not closed as in NY. The committee reviewing judicial and legal
conduct is properly
funded and can carefully review misconduct allegations. New York has bad
judges because the
system that reviews judicial conduct is a closed political system. Open up
the process so
fresh air can circulate. Change procedures so the law is interpreted to
protect citizens
